I'd hazard a guess that if you did see one (I know I have), it was probably unreadable (as was the one I saw). My understanding of how memo files work is that the actual value stored in the field is a four byte signed integer, that represents the offset of the data into the FPT file. Since the maximum positive signed integer is 2 gb, any value larger couldn't be correctly interpreted. If someone has information different from this, I'd appreciate their pointing me towards the source.
