Are you using another tool (such as Visual FoxExpress) that's also adding items to the VFP system menu? If so, there's a known bug in VFP: using SET SYSMENU SAVE more than once (both VFE and SDT use this command) eventually leads to this error. Here's the workaround: when you run SDT to add it to the menu, do it like this:

do SDT.APP with 'Install', '_MSM_TOOLS'

That tells SDT to not use SET SYSMENU SAVE.
