I wonder how current that information is. The only reason I mention this is the size of the memo field in the designer (4 bytes). There are two possibilities: It's the pointer to the memo block (the block number if you will); or it's the offset of the block into the memo file. I've always thought it was the latter. However, I did a silly thing and didn't RTFM before I posted the previous.< g > It's the block number, "The table file contains block numbers that are used to reference the memo blocks" (from the docs).:-)
