I'm working with a Warehouse which has the task of taking digital photo's of the material they recieve and then storing the photo under the database entry associated with the new material.

Currently this is an error prone process. They can upload the pictures to the PC and then store in the appropriate database record but often Serial Numbers are involved.

I would love to automate the photo storage process. It would be *very* nice if the solution were portable as it would be inconvenient to move the large items to the PC/Camera.

I'm open to using hand-helds, ultra light portables w/ network cards, etc. ANYTHING :-)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
