There are only a few differences between VFPs subset/superset of ANSI SQL-92 and the SQL standard. The "art" of SQL takes time to learn. You can begin by reading all of the questions and answers which are posted here and elsewhere.

Is there some specific question you have? Can you reproduce an instance where you wanted items to be included and they weren't so we can help you with the code?

My queries usually work fine but every now and then items get left out. I know because I get the info by hand and compare it to the select statement and find that things are just missing.
