Yes, the Command Window, Project Window, and toolbars are activated when closed active. But you have to manually activate the properties, data session, and document view windows all over again. Since these windows are most likely being used regularly during development time, having them docked into one window by default would be time and space saving just like VS.NET.

VS.NET editor introduces the expandable coding blocks ( + - sign in almost every block of code) like a directory tree, tree view, etc. Your long lines of code could be minimized/maximized depending on your liking.
