Hi!

I guess better use a text box without the Control Source specified and designed to appear as a label on the form. Than in the Refresh event/method of the Label put the code to update the Value property of the text box to the value you have mentioned. Thats all. Each time Refresh of the form called, Refresh of any control on form is called too.
