In addition to what Andrew said, you can use the counter if the form opened in multiple instances.
Note that you can design a function that will check if certain form opened. Than SKIP condition will be expression that calls that function. In the function just scan the _Screen.Forms collection to check if form with name passed as para,eter is opened.

Another approach is to use the SET SKIP OF command, but it requires more maintenance...
