Hi Charlie,

I haven't have much luck with output to ASCII option. If the report was a little bit complicated, I got into troubles. So, whatever I need to produce a report to ASCII, I do it programmatically without report at all. I used my own little routine to convert report to prg, but after this conversion is still requires manual editing.

If it's for e-mail purpose, I would also suggest to either use PDF (search by Andrus Moore, he suggested several free sites), or use Frx2Word to produce Word document (however, it didn't support stretch with overflow last time I tested it).
