Randall,

If your records are otherwise exactly the same, you need a way to distinguish them. This is usually done with unique keys. All of my tables have auto-generated "line numbers" whether I "need" them or not!

If you can find an example of a case where you did not get the desired results, send me a minimal amount of data, and the code you're using. I'll look at it and post back to this thread (or a new one) so everyone can learn from the situation.
