Let me preface this by saying that I haven't seen either one and probably won't see Tomb Raider until DVD/VHS (probably won't see PH at all because I don't like those type of movies).

How can you compare the two movies saying you like one over the other? They are completely different movies. How do you qualify movies that are that desparate? I can see comparing PH to Saving Private Ryan and saying how you like one over the other. They are comparable. But when one is fantasy adventure and the other is historical drama, I just can't see it.

It's just my opinion but when I go into a movie, I have different expectations depending on the type of movie. Romantic comedies (What Women Want, Who's Got Mail), fantasy adventure (Dungeons and Dragons, X-Men), etc. get different criteria.
