Since it's probably only doing 32bit arithmetic to generate the final offset (headersize + block * blocksize) into the file I seriously doubt that the fpt can get larger than 2gig.

>If I read the docs correctly, the offset is calculated using the memo header size plus the value in the table field (the block number) multiplied by the block size. Internally, since VFP seems to only deal with signed integers, I don't know what impact a memo file greater than two gig would have.
