This number is bad luck to our previous president.

1. He is the 13th president of the Republic.
2. 13 judges decided that he is no longer the President of the Philippines.
3. on the 13th of December, his best friend testified, and is the 13th witness among the array of witnesses who testified against him during the impeachment trial. The testimony turns to be the strongest one.
4. He has luck however during last election because among the 13 senatorial seats to be taken, only 8 won on the side of the new government. The goal is originaly 13-0.
