Two instances returned different values for the forms and the FoxHWnd controls. I was incorrect previously, however, in saying the command button had a handle. It doesn't. I think I got confused seeing so many different values.
What would be nice is having both the handle and device context as properties, like Visual BASIC. Wait a second. What did I just say??? I must be losing it (if I ever had it to begin with). Forgive me all ;-).
