I may need help configuring Cold Fusion

I have a DLL I created with VFP with OLEPUBLIC methods. It create objects with methods that return values from a VFP data base. All works fine with ASP, and mostly with Cold Fusion. EXCEPT, that we test 2 people hitting the server at the same time, sometimes (1 time out of 10) Cold Fusion reports an exception:

I tried with both a single-threaded and multi-threaded DLL... same result. I am using VFP 7.0 beta 1. We tried hitting it repeatedly with ASP and it works fine.

Is there anything I should know about configuring Cold Fusion? This is very critical. We were supposed to go live today, and I have no idea where to start with this.
