I purchased another one for my new employer a month or so ago and the links worked fine, they must be experiencing technical difficulties :)

As it is now, I have to enter the vendor's URL into my browser, then enter the search criteria in the vendor's page. I may get one or many hits, depending on how I enter the criteria. Seems to me they really don't want to sell many of these grid controls.
