While I can't provide the answer to your question, here's some information you may find useful regarding Outlook.

By default, Outlook logs everything that's done on the computer to a file. If this feature isn't turned off, this can cause serve performance degradation and you'll be getting calls about the lousy performance in your app/VFP.
