I may wish to take a crack at producing user documentation for my systems in the future. I have done this in the past (far in the past) using PRINTSCREEN and PASTE into Word or some other graphic oriented software, etc ...

I worked but was not real convenient.

Just wondering if their is some simple way of accomplishing this now. I would need screen shots, of course.
