An additional place to find them is in Excel. Open the VBA Editor, then find Object Browser. You can do this from the menus, but I find the keyboard shortcuts easier: ALT+F11 to open the Editor, F2 to open the Object Browser (this works in Word and PowerPoint, too). Then type in the constant name in the second box, and after you press Enter, it displays the value of the constant in the bottom section of the window. You'll also see a list of related constants that *may* be usable in the same context (there are many sets of constants used for more than one method/property, and not all apply to each of the methods/properties. Check Help to be sure).
Just another way to find them if you ever find yourself needing the values again.
