If I UNINSTALL MSDN and reinstall it and do NOT select the FULL INDEX and only install the VFP options, I shouldn't have any problems then? I still will have AN index?

>You do not have to install everything, but there is a choice near the bottom of the installation selection list to install the full index. If you install that, you will only be prompted for a CD if you select something from your search results that you did not install. If you installed all the VFP help and the KB, chances are when you are prompted for a CD, what you selected is not regarding VFP.

>>>You have to load the MSDN library on your hard drive. I think it may default to running from the CD. There are options to just install VFP-related help. I also thought you're prompted to install it after the VFP install, but I could be mistaken. You should be able to start with the MSDN Library CD at this point.
