Set the other objects to Float and they should move below your memo field. This won't keep the memo field from stretching into multiple pages, though. A quick and easy way to strip memo fields of Carriage Returns in a report without a UDF is to use CHRTRAN(). For example, if your printing a memo field named Comments change the field expression from
