Have you considered moving away from the x hours per week 3 month style contract work to more project based costing. Plus work off site use your own equipment/ software etc. These are all methods of moving out of IR35.

As I understand IR35 is designed to catch consultants/contractors who are working long term for one client on site and no risk (ie you are here for 36 hours per week you get paid for 36 hours per week) .
