Yes, it is possible. However, you will require a lot of programming for that. Maybe even more programming if you want it look like in list box. So think if you need it anyway.

Maybe use some other interface approach? For example, click a button and a list pops up filled by only one column of data from grid, user rearranges them in listbox, than click Ok... Much more simple to do.
