It actually isn't that hard, but you'll need an extra column in your record source. Create a numeric field called "Order", and create an index on it and order by it in your grid. Then all you need to do is add some buttons next to your grid (with either up and down arrows or the wordds "Up" and "Down" or something like that. All these buttons do are change the values of the order column so that the grid reorders itself.
