Ya! I saw that. I even did come 'combing' myself to verify with my own eyes.
You should see the posting I made in the Chatter forum concerning the new EULA that Microsoft wrote for it Internet Toolkit SDK. It says, in essence, that if you use their SDK to create drivers for your device adaptors then you CANNOT distribute the source to that driver, nor can you create drivers for that device using GPL tools, nor can you distribute SDK and GPL drivers 'in conjunction'. Microsoft likes the Bill of Rights when they can apply its provisions to themselves, but they distain it when those Rights conflict with their business plan. Ruthless isn't the half of it. That episode where they were caught tampering with the court evidence appears to be only the tip of the iceberg of what they are capable of doing.

The Microsoft spokesman, in acknowledging that fact, said it didn't contradict the company's many recent anti-open-source statements. He said that's because Microsoft's main objection has been to Linux, which has a more restrictive licensing arrangement than FreeBSD.'

I saw that too. I am wondering if they will write their own DB from scratch or using an existing one, like PostgreSQL? (I'd go with PostgreSQL - a VERY powerful, full featured OOP RDBMS.
