Some might say the code should go in each control's refresh, but labels do not have a refresh, plus it is easier to maintain all the rules for the controls on the form in just one place. For what it is worth, I use this concept also as it makes it very easy to see if any code is in a forms custom method as opposed to trying to remember where the business rule is for an object.
