I have a query within my project. I open the project, open the database container, open the query for modification, change the sort order and try to save the query and it crashes.

"The instruction at "0x77f1d4cb" referenced by memory at "0x000000" the memory could not be written".

Debugger says: "unhandled exception in vfp6.exe kernel32.dll: 0xc00005:Access violation"

Where can I look to solve this problem? I think it's strange that the query can't see the data file "Genesis" until I open the DBC. (I tried to open the query by itself and it wouldn't open until I had opened the dbc.)
