DbNetLib is a Client net library to connect to SQL Server through TCP/IP
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/psdk/sql/8_ar_cs_3flf.htmYou have not told us much to go on so, I assume your forms/reports are using SQL Server and that either you do not have a connection properly established at runtime or otherwise your SQL Server installation is faulty.
