Error message is unclear.
You migh try creatign a config.fpw file in c:\myPath with line :
collate=SPANISH
and launch VFP.exe -cc:\myPath\config.fpw
If you can open your table note index keys and delete tag all.
Relanch VF in normal fashion and recreate indexes.
