I've met the same problem before. And that was caused by the printer setting.
You could make a text file only content 66 lines, and every line just one number which from 1 to 66. After that use dos command "Copy test.txt to PRN" to test if the printer can printer all the numbers on one A4 paper. If not, you need to adjust the paper start position of your printer. And the WI of how to adjust could be found in your printer's manual. Have a try and good luck.:)
