As soon as I hit reply I knew what I did, but I didn't know how to edit a message already sent.

I did a test by creating the cursor from the command window and the report still only shows the one record 3 times and if I browse the same cursor it shows all 3 records correclty. I am assuming there is something wrong with the report that I cannot figure out..I am now going to start the frx over from scratch and see what happens.

>Er, I'm Bruce...well, next, you might try using an actual table instead of a cursor to see if that's the trouble. Or try recreating the cursor in the command window and try running the report from there.
