Copy those dll file from system folder to a dummy new directory.
then copy a small dummy VFP exe into that directory.

Then, use Installation Wiz to make an Installation disk

The wiz will be auto put the dll into Windows\system [One part of Installation Wiz.]
and also it will be register the corresponding dll as the developing PC. :)
