Oh sorry the only book I could ever had was Hacker's Guide to VFP 3.0 :)
AFAIK Della Martin has a book for this. You might search Amazon and Hentzewerke I think (not even sure of where to search).
OTOH default help files that come with office are good though they always thing you're a VB coder.
