I use Windows 98. I'm working on two Visual FoxPro applications which require MAPI controls. I have no problems with the FoxPro-related controls and code. What's giving me trouble is getting the MAPI32.DLL file properly entered in the Windows registry. When REGSVR32.EXE is used to register MAPI32.DLL, the following error message is received: "MAPI32.DLL was loaded, but a DLLRegisterServer entry point was not found. DLLRegisterServer may not be exported, or a corrupt version of MAPI32.DLL was be in memory."
In addition to the latest version of MAPI32.DLL (128K), my Windows\System folder also contains two other files which may or may not be relevant to solving this problem: MAPI32.ol_ (709K, 6/13/98) and MAPI32x.DLL (672K, 9/23/2000).
Any ideas on how to get the MAPI32.DLL properly registered?
