Hi, Mark...

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I'll go with #1.

I've got two more questions (and they're partly HTML-related, so I'm not even sure I'm posting on the correct forum...)

1) On the input form I described earlier, where I'm prompting users for filter criteria, I'm using some frames with a SRC reference to either another HMTL page or an ASP page. The entire input form works OK, except that the RESET button doesn't seem to reset input values, checkboxes, etc. that are part of the page that's referenced through the SRC on the main filter page, as opposed to input values that are on the 'main' filter page. Is there any quick way to address this?

2) Our application (which is largely a reporting application) prompts for selection criteria. Often the selection criteria involves prompting for a variable number of selections. For example, we have a reason code database. One client might have 5 reason codes, another might have 15, etc. The way I'm dealing with it is to read out of the reason code database (stored in SQL), and populate 'X' number of checkboxes in an in-line frame. I then read every checkbox to see if it was selected (In Visual FoxPro, I'd simply create a grid with two columns, the description for each reason code and a checkbox for whether the user wanted to select, and then I'd read the results of the grid.)

What I'm doing 'works', but I'm wondering if it's a 'standard' method for dealing with a variable list of selections, where the user can select many selections, or if there's a better way.

Thanks!
Kevin
