Craig,

>>I think I'd prefer dry heat at 100 than humid heat at 80. Though I suppose, like most anything else, you tend to get used to it. I still haven't gotten used to icey roads though. <g> Having grown up in Southern California where the weather is just about as good as it gets (San Diego is almost perfect) it has been a learning experience... <g>

Hey, that's for the other folks who don't know how to drive in icy conditions... <g> Since it's a rear wheel drive vehicle it's something of a toad on icy roads. My next one will be front wheel drive. I figure I have about 4-5 more years with this one though. <g>

Hey, did I mention that we may have sold Dodge Manor I? We're in the offer/counteroffer stage and it looks pretty good so far. We should know by Monday if things finalize. I actually think they will. The new folks seem to really like the house and neighborhood and their kids have already made friends with our old neighbors. It'll be nice get rid of that second house payment.. Ughh... <g>

Maybe in a few years I will be able to afford that new Volvo I'd like to get. <g>
Best,

DD
