Create a table or cursor that is filled with the file names of the images (full path will make it easier). Create a report and set it up as multiple columns (as many as you want across the page). Then add an image to the detail band, stretching it to be the size you want. For the filename of the image, put an expression wrapped in parenthesis, such as:

(MyTable.ImageName)
