insert into temp values (m.a, m.b)
? atc(temp.b, temp.a) && returns 0 - Buh-Bough (Family Fued reference)
repl b with repl('Q', 200)
? atc(temp.b, temp.a) && returns 1 - correct
repl b with repl('Q', 220)
? atc(temp.b, temp.a) && returns 401 - correct

Let me know what you get. I get three zeros........
