I hope you can help me with this...

In a report that I have created:

The detail band is sized to allow 5 lines of information to be printed. Each line of data has a horizontal line and some short vertical lines to form a grid around the data.

When there are less than 5 items to be printed, I need to print the rest of the vertical and horizontal lines anyway.

I have worked with the "Print When" controls with no luck. Can you help me with this. I would be forever grateful!!!!
