I am using the following to close a data table

IF USED("TABLEA")
USE IN TABLEA
ENDIF


When the program gets to the line USE IN TABLEA, it stops. The table is a member of DBC, contains no memo fields , and four indexes(no compound indexes).

What could cause this?
