There is nothing you can do to absolutely secure your sourcecode. Checking "Encrypt" basically does nothing. Your source code can still be recovered using ReFox.

Provide a stongly worded license agreement with your application that prohibits the end user from "reverse engineering" the application. I suggest that you get an attorney to write it up.
