22 year old still lives at home. I can't expect the soon to be 18 year old to move out. He's got a year of high school left. After that however...

>What's with you guys? I'm thrilled to have my 18-year-old home for the summer (though I wish he'd find a job already). Now I do admit that I never expect to have him live here full-time again. I figure by the time he's done college and graduate school, he'll probably want to be on his own. I'll be happy if he lands up in this general area.

Tamar,
"Absence makes the heart grow fonder" The "Big Guy" lived in Europe and in various and sundry places within the U.S. as his job (at the time) took him "on-the-road". Were we happy when he got to come "home"? Sure, but it's time he started out on his own.
