You might try to do it with
STRTOFILE(FILETOSTR("myfile2.ext"), "myfile1.ext", .T.)
or:
chunk2 = FILETOSTR("myfile2.ext")
STRTOFILE(chunk2, "myfile1.ext", .t. )
or any other variation.
