Hi Bret,

That is completely understandable. However, they can't prevent someone outside your organization from doing that. If it is a real issue, they need to use something more secure than run-o-the-mill email. IMO, MS shouldn't be trying to dictate this...

I guess it is much better to take Outlook out of the loop and send mail without it.
