Hi Tom,

Microsoft has added a new datatype to Visual Basic 4, Excel, and Access 7 called a VT_ARRAY. A VT_ARRAY can contain an array of information. It is a new variant data type. In Visual Basic a variant data variable can hold what ever you put in it. A string, a number or now an array. This is kind of like a foxpro variable but not exactly the same. Microsoft Support said that they have no plans for making this datatype part of Foxpro. I just need to find a way to get Foxpro to receive data in this format from an application that is acting as an OLE Server.
