Is it legal for me to include the runtimes for VFP7 on the ghost, so it is there when it rolls around, and I don't have to run a setup program on a ton of machines. Yes... however, note that the default install location has changed to the application directory.

Since you can't get the product yet, you can't get the runtimes.
