Well, basically, there are three things;
1) Menus will be converted with no ability to reverse-convert them. Make sure you have a backup. Converted menus will not run in VFP6.
2) Database Events have been added that are incompatible with VFP6 but you can turn them off in VFP5 and use the databases in VFP6.
3) Natually, any new functions that were not in VFP 6 will give it trouble.
That's really about it.
