Que may be better known, but Hentzenwerke is the leading (and only!) publisher doing anything with VFP these days. Since you can order books directly from Hentzenwerke's Web site (electronic-only copies if you don't want to pay for shipping), the fact that their books aren't in a book store is not much of an issue.
