What table? Not your Foxuser (that you mention in the thread). FOr a multiuser program you need SET EXCLUSIVE OFF.

I would also recommend you look at the manual at:
SET MULTILOCKS
OldVal()
CurVal()
Buffering
TabeUpdate()
TableReverse()
GetNextModified()
GetFldState()
SetFldState()
and conflict resolutions in general.
