I would say yes to all of your questions. I have used CASL since version 1 and IMO it was the best and easiest solution for creating applications for the Palm Pilot (they also have a compiler for CE, if that is your cup of tea). CASL just keeps getting better and better and you can't beat the price.

And no, I don't work for the company < grin >, just very pleased with a robust product.
